Shot by The Selby, the house of jewelry designer Pamela Love and photographer/ musician Jordan Sullivan is my effin dreamplace. Maybe they could adopt me or hire me as a catsitter, but I wouldn't mind spending my days in their lovely place in Brooklyn. Just as their jewels and pictures they created the most beautiful world, working with honest materials and using colors that remind me of the Nevada desert. It's just perfect..

I'm leaving for Portugal today, can't wait to be in the sun, see the beautiful seashore and stroll around in the old city. I will be doing a lot of writing, finishing some short stories I've started. Au revoire, à bientôt!

Along the train track the community gardens blossom. They were dead during winter, woke up with spring and thanks to summer they are fully alive again. Passing every day, on my way to work, I always wanted to go for a walk in these city gardens.. Yesterday, after the summer rain, I went to have a look. I would love to share a little garden like this with some friends. Keep chicken and grow vegetables and cherries..

Yes, it's crazy: having a picnic in the snow.

That's exactly why we did it and it turned out really nice and cosy.

There was cheese, chocolate cake and Caffe Nation coffee to keep us warm.

The Middelheim open air sculpture museum was looking beautiful, covered in a white snow blanket.

It's a Brownie Fiesta Kodak camara.

Produced in Buenos Aires between 1962 and 1970.

It looks like it's still working, can't wait to take pictures with it!
